River's Walk Condominiums was established in 1986 on the Black River in La Crosse, Wisconsin. It consists of 43 one or two story units in various building configurations. As part of the Common Elements, there is a private beach and two separate docks with a total of 27 boat slips for exclusive use by Condo owners whose deed includes a slip, their families and friends. The green space surrounding the buildings is well landscaped with various mature and newly planted trees, shrubs and grasses which creates a tranquil environment for owners. The Association is self-managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected by residents for three year terms.
