Boat Slip Licenses

One of our amenities at River's Walk Condominiums are the Boat Docks. The Boat Docks are a common element, which means they are available for use by all residents and their invited guests. There are two docks: a South Dock (A) and a North Dock (B), each having bench seating for a lovely close-up view of the river. Residents who enjoy fishing are encouraged to drop a line in the water from either of the docks. The docks also contain 27 boat slips, which are for the exclusive use by Unit Owners holding a boat slip License. Refer to the following map for the current assignment of boat slips and their specific location on the boat docks.

Boat slips may be traded between River's Walk unit owners, sold to another unit owner, or rented to another unit owner. In addition, boat slips may only be used by the boat slip owner/renter or an immediate family member. Furthermore, a boat slip license is granted to a specific Unit Number, and is therefore automatically transferred to a new unit owner if/when that unit is sold.
