General Information for Old North Port residents:

• River's Walk is a private and independent condominium association
• All common elements (streets, driveways, sidewalks, beach, awn areas, etc.) are private and for the sole use and enjoyment of River's Walk unit owners and invited guests
• As granted by article 5.03(e) of the River's Walk Association, Inc. Declaration of Condominium document, Old North Port unit owners, their authorized guests, invitees, occupants, successors and assigns, have the right to use the streets, roads and sidewalks provided in River's Walk for ingress to and egress from the riverfront, limited to pedestrian use and not to include the operation of any vehicles
• As stipulated in the Settlement Agreement between River's Walk Association, Inc. ("River's Walk") and Old North Port Association, Inc. ("Old North Port") dated 4/2/2019, River's Walk shall make an annual vehicle permit available to individual residents of Old North Port for an annual fee of Five and 00/100 Dollars ($5.00), which will run from January 1st to December 31st of each year.  Permit holders are required to abide by the speed limit and meet minimum insurance requirements
