All River’s Walk contractors must:
- be licensed, bonded, and will provide a Certificate of
Insurance with at least $500,000 of liability insurance prior to
the signing of a Contract for Service that includes:
- River's Walk Association, Inc. and its members as additional
insured
- a Hold Harmless Agreement
- primary and non-contributory wording
- observe all parking rules and not impede traffic flow on any
roads.
- repair any damage to the lawn, buildings landscaping, or any
underground utilities including the irrigation system lines.
- be responsible for disposal of all construction materials.
- must obtain all permits from the city and other permits as
necessary.
- conform with any and all city and county building codes and
rules.
- not place or store any building materials, equipment,
dumpsters, etc., in or on any common areas.
- conduct work no earlier than 7:00 am and be respectful and
keep noise to a minimum.

- there are two docks, with 27 boat slips.
- common areas include a private beach, walkways, lawns,
driveways and private roads.
