Contractor Information

All River’s Walk contractors must:
  • be licensed, bonded, and will provide a Certificate of Insurance with at least $500,000 of liability insurance prior to the signing of a Contract for Service that includes:
    • River's Walk Association, Inc. and its members as additional insured
    • a Hold Harmless Agreement
    • primary and non-contributory wording
  • observe all parking rules and not impede traffic flow on any roads.
  • repair any damage to the lawn, buildings landscaping, or any underground utilities including the irrigation system lines.
  • be responsible for disposal of all construction materials.
  • must obtain all permits from the city and other permits as necessary.
  • conform with any and all city and county building codes and rules.
  • not place or store any building materials, equipment, dumpsters, etc., in or on any common areas.
  • conduct work no earlier than 7:00 am and be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.
River’s Walk general information:
  • the property consists of 43 individually owned units within 14 buildings
  • located along the Black River between Gillette and Sill Streets.
  • there are two docks, with 27 boat slips.
  • common areas include a private beach, walkways, lawns, driveways and private roads.
